Passed Bachelor Degree in any discipline with NIELIT O Level Exam Passed/ COPA/ Degree OR Diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Application OR RS-CIT OR Engineering Degree in Any Branch OR Equivalent from a recognized university or institution.
